Force Majeure
AO Luxconcept Ltd shall not be liable for delay or non-delivery by reason of but not limited to lock-outs, strikes, riots, malicious damage, labour disturbances, trade disputes, government action, (including action by any local or statutory authority), fire, floods, vehicle breakdown, acts of God, war or terrorism, riot, delays by suppliers or any other cause whatsoever beyond our control.
Rights
All Intellectual Property Rights and goodwill in or relating to the contents of the website, brochure belongs to AO Luxconcept Ltd and is subject to protection of international software and intellectual property legislation. You must not use the Website / brochures or any part of it in a manner which infringes such rights. You may download copy or print any of the information on the Website for your own personal use. No copying for any business or commercial use is allowed unless you have obtained our consent to do so in writing.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Payment Methods
Payments can be made by bank transfers (a scanned copy of the transfer will be required after payment is made by email to info@aoluxconcept.co.uk), we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared.
AO Luxconcept Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at the annual rate of 3% above the base lending rate from time to time of HSBC Bank plc., accruing on a daily basis on any outstanding amounts if payments are not adhered to the agreed payment terms, whether before or after any judgment. The Company reserves the right to claim interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
Clearance Furniture
1.All Clearance Sales Are Final
All clearance furniture is sold on a final sale basis. Due to the clearance nature of these items, no returns, exchanges, refunds or cancellations will be accepted once an order has been placed.
2.Condition of Clearance Items
Clearance items may include discontinued, ex-display, overstock or end-of-line products. Minor cosmetic imperfections may be present. Customers are encouraged to inspect the item or request further information before placing an order.
3.Stock Availability
Clearance stock is limited and subject to availability. As stock levels change frequently, availability cannot be guaranteed until your order has been confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable before your order is confirmed, any payment made for that unavailable item will be refunded in full.
4.Delivery Schedule
Delivery dates for clearance items may vary depending on current stock availability and logistics. An estimated delivery schedule will be provided after your order has been placed and confirmed.
5.Collection
Customer collection is available from our collection point in the Croydon area. Collection details and appointment arrangements will be provided once the order is ready.
6.Product Images
Product images are for illustration purposes only. Colours, finishes and dimensions may vary slightly from the actual product.
7.Acceptance of Terms
