Terms & Conditions

 
  1. These terms and quotation may not be assigned to a 3rd party.

  2. The Company shall be allowed access upon completed installation for the use of  photography by arrangement.   

  3. An installation date will only be confirmed once a site visit has been carried out and or a completion date of the property confirmed by the developer.

  4. Cancellation – Orders cancelled at any time shall forfeit their installation date and a new one will be issued for our next available date.

  5. Please ensure that all main services such as electricity, gas and water are connected and working prior to installation date and that the site is safe and free from workmen.

  6. Return of goods – Should any goods delivered found to be damaged or faulty, replacement goods shall  be supplied subject to us being informed of the faults within 30 days of installation.

  7. Payment of the Company’s initial invoice will be deemed by the Company as acceptance of the terms and conditions set out in this document.

  8. Furniture items ordered are subject to supplier and stock availability and will be swapped for a similar product if the original ordered is not available.

  9. All items come with a five year guarantee.

  10. All bespoke or made to order items are non refundable and non-exchangable.

  11. These terms and conditions will apply to the purchase of the goods detailed on our website, brochure and price list (Goods) by the buyer (you) from AO Luxconcept Ltd a company registered in England & Wales under number 14191423 whose registered office is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU, United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as “AO Luxconcept” or the “Company”) and its customers.

Payment Methods

  • Payments can be made by bank transfers (a scanned copy of the transfer will be required after payment is made by email to info@aoluxconcept.co.uk), we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared.

  • AO Luxconcept Ltd reserves the right to charge interest at the annual rate of 3% above the base lending rate from time to time of HSBC Bank plc., accruing on a daily basis on any outstanding amounts if payments are not adhered to the agreed payment terms, whether before or after any judgment. The Company reserves the right to claim interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
